I have 10 years of experience assisting with writing STRTP Program Statements & Plan of Operation, developing clinical service delivery and implementing MHPA, DMH, DCFS, CCL, CARF, SAPC and State Regulations, including expansions of STRTP sites. My hands-on experience combines monitoring and supervising contract compliance in Group Homes, STRTPs, Behavioral Health Organizations and Addiction Treatment programs. Areas of compliance expertise include licensing & regulatory readiness, audits, corrective action plans, and monitoring, policy and procedure development for Executive and Leadership teams, Clinical and Residential program professionals. My experience also includes risk management and quality assurance. My approach is trauma-informed, clinically grounded, and collaborative rather than punitive.
